Retreats

    Strategic Planning/Goal Setting

    In this type of retreat, I come and help your team clarify where God is taking your team and how to get there. The biggest benefit to this type of retreat is having someone who has an outside viewpoint be able to ask the questions no one else wants to or is afraid to say out loud. The problem I help prevent is teams creating plans on paper that look great but won’t actually work in the real world.

    Spiritual Renewal

    This is a retreat where the focus is on walking teams through a series of exercises that allow them to connect deeply with God and experience renewal on a soul level. For ministry staff who are constantly pouring themselves out, having someone else facilitate this is vital so that you can simply breathe and not be responsible for the time. These retreats can last from 24 -48 hours.

    Holistic

    A combination of one and two. On this retreat, the focus starts with resting in God’s presence, hearing from Him, and then planning for the future. This two-day retreat is a great option for teams who are in seasons of ministry where a lot is happening, and they haven’t had time to slow down for anything.
